“Our training fees are customized based on your organization’s specific needs, group size, and format (in-person or virtual). We believe in creating tailored, impactful trainings rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. Please contact us to discuss your goals, and we’ll provide a proposal that reflects the best training package for your team.”

“Depending on group size, KD Training Institute incorporates team-building experiences into our trainings. Our sessions include interactive activities that encourage employees to connect, collaborate, and strengthen relationships. By breaking into smaller groups and then coming together as a unified team, participants practice communication, empathy, and problem-solving in real time. These activities not only reinforce trauma-informed care principles but also improve overall team cohesion and workplace culture.”

Great question!
“Our trainings are designed for agencies and organizations that want to strengthen their culture, improve client outcomes, and support staff well-being. If your team interacts with clients, students, or communities impacted by trauma, this training is highly relevant. We also offer consultations to discuss your specific goals and challenges, ensuring that the program we provide is the right fit for your agency.”
Our trainings are designed to be interactive and engaging, not lecture-based. We incorporate hands-on workshops, guest speakers with lived experience, videos, and group activities that provide participants with a firsthand perspective of the populations they serve. In addition, our sessions include games, networking opportunities, and practical skill-building exercises that help staff connect with one another while learning new approaches. Every element is created to increase empathy, strengthen professional practice, and improve the comfort level and experiences of your clients.”
